Management Strategy Intervention for a technical consulting organization
An industrial technical consulting organization plateaued in growth and continued to struggle even
after 15 years of existence and sought help from Stony Carter. Issues were identified in focus groups
and changes were introduced through strategic planning & BSC, systems creation, structural
interventions, internal service orientation, and people development over a period of two years. The
year of intervention saw an increase of 63% in revenues and 57% in the following year. The PBT
improved by 73% and 118% and the PAT grew by 69% and 150% in the same period.
Performance Strategy for an ITES Start up
An ITES start-up was aspiring to grow and sought consulting help. Stony Carter’s intervention
involved strategic planning, linking people to the business goals through performance management
