With its presence in Hyderabad, Stony Carter worked closely with corporations in IT, ITES, power, manufacturing, FMCG, financial services, and consulting sectors.Stony Carter believes that many medium-size and small organizations seek to invest in developing their people and improving organizational effectiveness but find it difficult to do so for lack of resources or competencies. Dr Vempati Ratnavali leads Stony Carter in its current form. She has over 25 years experience in Human Resources, Strategic Management, and Education. She was formerly holding senior positions in 3F Industries as GM HR, and Nagarjuna Agro as head of Performance Management.
